Awhile back, I ran across a really tasty Mascarpone dip at Whole Foods. I’ve been wanting to take a stab at my own Mascarpone dip ever since, and tonight I finally did.

4 oz Neufchatel cheese
4 oz Mascarpone cheese
2 tbsp skim milk
